The two spheres would have different rotational inertias.  The sphere that is hollow will have a larger rotational inertia than the solid sphere.  If the two spheres are allowed to roll down an incline without slipping, the sphere with the smaller moment of inertia (the solid one) will reach the bottom of the ramp first.  See question number 13 for an explanation of why this happens.
