When taking IB tests, if there is a multiple-part question and a student makes a mistake when calculating part a, if they use that answer to solve for other parts b, c, d, and e, they will still be given points for those respective questions even if their original answer for part a is wrong. I wish webassign would have some way to implement that. Also, having a way for students to show their work/method is important as it prevents people from cheating and searching up answers, and it truly tests for understanding rather than memorization or other ways of arriving at an answer.
